The 5340 building is the easternmost of the four buildings in this complex. (The one closest to Heatherwood Drive.)
After entering the building's lobby, proceed through the door to the first-floor offices and continue down the hall to Suite 104. (It is on the left side of the hall, about two-thirds of the way down.)
Things You Can Do Right Now
The easiest way to keep cigarettes out of your life is to remove all signs of them from your life. That means throwing out any smokes that you have left, emptying all your ashtrays and throwing away any stray butts, cleaning the inside of your car if you smoked in your car, cleaning up any places where you used to smoke, and washing any coats or anything else in your closet that might stink of cigarettes.
You can do this, and I look forward to helping you become smoke-free for good!
