Online Session Information
Your sessions will be conducted via Zoom. This service is free to use (there is a paid version but we aren't using that one).
You will receive a link by email to join your Zoom session within 15 minutes of your session. Each session has its own link so be sure to check your "in" box before each session.
Zoom is the live-chat service of choice for businesses, schools, and services of all types. I've looked into all of the popular video chat platforms and this is the best for what we're doing.

Things You Can Do Right Now
The easiest way to keep cigarettes out of your life is to remove all signs of them from your life. That means throwing out any smokes that you have left, emptying all your ashtrays and throwing away any stray butts, cleaning the inside of your car if you smoked in your car, cleaning up any places where you used to smoke, and washing any coats or anything else in your closet that might stink of cigarettes.
